Would you like to try and make sense of what is going on for you?

Making Sense is a structured programme to support mothers to work through the issues which arise from being apart from their children.

Sessions take place within a safe, confidential and supportive environment. Sessions include Judgements, power, working with services, contact and forgiveness.

This programme builds on experiences of mothers living apart from their children and looks at strategies to maintain your wellbeing acknowledging the grief, anger, regret and powerlessness you will be experiencing. It can stand alone or lead into other support for the future.
