WomenCentre Calderdale and Kirklees are conducting an organisational review following a recent change in leadership. Our team have identified you, as someone we would really value hearing from.

As we review our work and future direction, we want your honest views on the difference we make, what it’s like working with us, and where we could improve.
We also want to ask two bigger questions whilst we are thinking about this:
1.How can we be more ambitious for women and girls as a system and community?  Taking safety and freedom from violence as givens, and not only focusing on crisis? 
2.What would make Calderdale and Kirklees great places for women and girls to grow up, live and work?
Plus, of course, we are interested in what part might WomenCentre might play in achieving real impact in the future?
