Programme and Engagement Practitioner
Calderdale MAZE Behaviour Change Programme
Hours: 15 hours per week + 3 flexible
Salary: £30,151 – £32,020 (pro rata) Scale SO1, point 23-25, actual £12,223 – £12,980
Location: WomenCentre Halifax
Contract: Until 31st December 2027 (possibility of extension dependent upon further funding)
Calderdale MAZE is a RESPECT accredited behaviour change programme for perpetrators of domestic abuse. As part of the programme, dedicated support for current and ex-partners is offered. The service is offered across Calderdale district.

Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £30,151 – £32,020 pro rata (actual salary £17,112 – £18,173)
Location: WomenCentre Halifax
Contract: Fixed term contract until 30th June 2028 (possible continuation dependent on funding)
The role is based at WomenCentre Calderdale and the hours are worked over four days (working days negotiable). The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of providing domestic abuse
support; some court support experience and will have completed the Safe Lives accredited IDVA training course or equivalent. However, all suitably qualified and experienced applications are welcomed.
