Acupressure Workshops

Three dates available, Monday 6th, Monday 13th or Monday 20th October.

Teresa from Seeds of Wellbeing will be joining us to deliver three Acupressure workshops at our Halifax WomenCentre.

Acupressure is a form of alternative medicine that involves applying manual pressure to specific points on the body, similar to acupuncture but without the use of needles. It is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and aims to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and balance energy within the body.

Benefits of acupressure include reducing muscle tension, relieving pain, improving circulation and promoting relaxation. It can be used as a complementary treatment for traditional medical interventions.

We have three dates available. This is the same workshop so you only need to book onto one date. The workshops will focus on techniques for relaxation and motivation.
